This Isn’t Just Any Tumblr Group This Is An Agency. Do You Like Rag & Bone? Apply Now!
What Happens?
If your application is accepted by the manager (hollydainty) I will send you a personalised acceptance letter congratulating you, and offering you a spot in the academy. You must respond with the model you want to be, first in best dressed. I will ask for your email address and i will email you the address for the agency (link to join the group).
Rules & Regulations:
- First you must stop off at the managers office here, make sure you are following. The manager is also a model, Lily Aldridge.
- Any applicants who like the post will not be accepted or considered.
- Apply (reblog) as many times as you like as it will increase your chances of being hired.
- The Agency will hire any type of model (any style of blog) just as long as they are nice and enthusiatic.
- If accepted you must be willing to work at least 6 days a week, (discuss days off with manager once accepted)
- You also must be willing to be friendly with other models and help them with anything (promo’s/voting etc.)
- Each Model of the Rag & Bone Agency must be willing to complete a weekly challenge.
How To Increase Chances Of Being Hired:
there are many things you can do to boost your chances.
-Apply (reblog) lots of times, it will definitely increase your chances each time you apply.
-The amount of fans (followers) you have does not matter, as once a model is accepted into the agency they will gain more fans (followers) then they ever could have dreamed of due to publicity (promo’s/vote etc) But if you have 5K+ fans (followers) submit a screenshot of your entire sidebar here.
-You can send in a letter (post) to the manager, explaining why you think you should be in the agency, why you want to, or really say whatever you like. If you want this letter to reach the manager you must send it to the agency, the address (tag) is ragandboneagency, put this address (tag) in your letter (post) for the manager to view it.
